Content of the report:
The company ELEKTROTIM S.A. (hereinafter: Company) notifies that on behalf of a consortium of companies
composed of: ELEKTROTIM S.A. (Consortium leader; Contractor) and PUH EL Professional Mariusz Maszota with its registered office in Gdynia (Consortium member; Contractor), on 12.03.2021 it concluded an agreement with ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań, Distribution Branch Szczecin (date of the agreement: 12.03.2021) (hereinafter:Ordering Party).
The subject matter of the agreement is drawing up of design documentation and implementation of construction works in accordance with the design documentation drawn up by the Company and approved for implementation for the investment entitled "Increasing the potential of the energy network of ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. in order to receive electricity from renewable sources in the territory of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship.Modernization of the HV/MV Pyrzyce Station" (hereinafter: investment).
The deadline for the completion of works within the scope of obtaining all the required construction permit decisions is not more than 10 months from the date of the conclusion of the agreement with the proviso that within the scope of execution of construction works, obtaining final decisions on the permit for the use of the investment and drawing up as-built documentation regarding the investment, is not more than 24 months from the date of the conclusion of the agreement.
For the performance of works ELEKTROTIM S.A. shall receive a lump sum contract price in the amount of: PLN 11,550,000.00 net.
The Contractor provides the Ordering Party with a guarantee for the performed works for the period of 60 months.
The remaining terms of the agreement, including the provisions regarding contractual penalties, do not diverge from the commonly applied terms for this type of contract.
In its current report No. 2/2021 of 18.02.2021 ELEKTROTIM S.A. notified about the selection of the submitted offer as the most advantageous offer in the procedure.
The company announces the fact of having concluded the above-mentioned agreement to the public, taking into consideration the current orders portfolio of ELEKTROTIM S.A. and due to the importance for the revenues of ELEKTROTIM S.A. in the future.
