Completion of the acquisition additional 10% interest in Linden
EGCO completes the acquisition of an additional 10% interest in Linden Cogeneration, a 980 MW natural gas-fired cogeneration facility in New Jersey
Following the completion of the investment on 12 December 2025, EGCO's ownership interest in Linden TopCo increased to 38%
