(ZMRK ) announces the election of New Board of Directors/Officers at its Annual Meeting, September 19, 2013 at Zalemark CorporateHeadquarters, 15260 Ventura Blvd., Suite 1200 Sherman Oaks, CA. In a unanimousdecision, the Board of Directors expanded from five (5) members to eight (8)members. New Officers are well-positioned to lead thecompany through its exciting new ventures, including the Compralux HispanicShopping Network, the joint venture with Modern Wellness and the licensing ofjewelry and merchandise with Dog Boxer(TM), Infinity Necklace(TM) and Divas Choice(R) Brands.

Scott Prowse, Chairman
ScottProwse has over 35 years of experience running businesses. Scott has worked forthe top real estate developers in Silicon Valley, running projects buildingcorporate campuses for fortune 500 companies in the San Francisco bayarea. He received his General Building,General Engineering and Real Estate licenses and started his own construction/developmentcompanies, building high-end residentialestates for some of Silicon Valley's top CEO's and Venture Capitalists. He has been involved with Zalemark since 2010as a major investor, shareholder and consultant.
Ernest Martel, Member
Ernest Martel has over 40 years of management and fundingraising experiences in video, medical and technology industries. He was VicePresident of Business Development for Pacific Charter Financial ServicesCorporation. From 1996-2000, as Executive Director of Excel Communications, hemanaged over 1,200 representatives in the United States of America, Canada, andUnited Kingdom, implementing trainingcourse for new recruits.
Ron Chavez, Member
Ron Chavez attended San Diego StateUniversity-School of Business, earning a BS in Business Management, with aminor in Psychology. He is currently a Mortgage Banker with Carrington MortgageServices in Thousand Oaks, CA and has worked for Bank of America in 2011. He firstinvested with Zalemark in 2007.
Khalid Shabazz, Member
Khalid Shabazz has over 10 years' experience in consulting and business related services. He has a widerange of knowledge and expertise in the areas of business finance, strategicplanning, staffing as well as marketing and promotion. Khalid worked fortwo of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. as a business developmentconsultant and is currently a sales executive for an IT consulting firm in theSilicon Valley.
Ed Mims, Member
Ed Mims has over30 years of executive level marketing, sales, and sales management experiencefor national and international consumer electronics companies for U.S. andinternational product sales, new product design, product branding, anddesigning and implementing licensee and distributor programs andpolicies. He has been an investor in Zalemark since 2008.
Tina Ann Neukirch, Member
Tina Ann Neukirchis a Six Sigma Certified Master Black Belt certified as a Senior Quality Expertand has executed process improvement projects resulting in millions of dollarsof hard savings. Tina Ann has led new program, process and productimplementation projects, implementing nationwide sales processes, databasedevelopment, and system integration programs.
Warren Nobusada, Member
Warren Nobusadatook a small, family owned business from an importing company to a conglomeratethat became one of the largest seafood processor and exporter of seafood andfruits and vegetables in the U.S. retiring in 1998 as President and CEOafter 30 years. The company operated 5 processing plants, 4 fooddistribution warehouses, and 3 sales offices.
Johnny Ruston, Member
Johnny Lee Rustonworked in Army Intel, specializing in advanced weaponry and strategic troopmovement. He is currently working with world renowned Doctors and Healthprofessionals to advance the global distribution of an all-natural formula thataids in the elimination of Free Radical Damage resulting in expedited recoverytimes from surgeries and wounds as well as reducing the chance of bacterialinfections.
