The Company has sent a letter providing the weblink and QR Code for accessing the Notice convening the 49th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26, to the following categories of shareholders:i. Shareholders who have not registered their email addresses with the Company, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent ("RTA"), or the Depository Participants ("DPs");ii. Shareholders who have registered their email addresses with the Company, its RTA, or the DPs, but to whom the Notice could not be delivered on account of an invalid email address;iii. Shareholders who have registered their email addresses with the Company, its RTA, or the DPs, but in whose case the intimation email regarding the AGM has bounced back and the Notice could therefore not be delivered; andiv. Shareholders holding equity shares of the Company in physical form.
