Vancouver, BC - EGF THERAMED HEALTH CORP. (CSE:TMED / OTC:EVAHF / FRANKFURT: AUHP) (the 'Company') announces a non-brokered private placement (the 'Private Placement') for up to 3,333,334 units at a price of $0.12 per unit for gross proceeds of $400,000.08.
Each unit will be comprised one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant of the company. Each full warrant will be exercisable into a common share of the company for a period of 12 months at an exercise price of $0.20 during the 12 months. $200,000.08 of the proceeds will be used for general working capital while the remaining $200,000 will be used for investor awareness programs for the Company.
