Dear Sir,
We refer to the Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting ("EOGM") of EFU General Insurance Limited subir itted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange letter dated June 17, 2026 subsequently published in newspapers on June 18, 2026 and dispatched / Email to the members.
Please note that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the venue of the said EOGM, scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, has been changed from ICAP Auditorium, iCAP Office, Mauve Area, G10, Kashmir Highway, Service Road South, G-10/4 G-10, Islamabad to Best Western Premier, Prestige Hall, 6 Club Road, near Rawal Dam Interchange, Shakar Parian, Islamabad.
In this regard, a Notice is being dispatched to the members and also being published in newspapers in English and Urdu languages. The addendum to the notices of the said EOGM is being enclosed for your information and circulation amongst the TRE certificate Holders.

The shareholders of EFU General are hereby notified that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the venue of the extra-ordinary general meeting (EOGM) scheduled to be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026 has been changed from ICAP Auditorium, ICAP Office, Mauve Area, G10, Kashmir Highway, Service Road South, G-10/4 G-10, Islamabad to Best Western Premier, Prestige Hall, 6 Club Road, near Rawal Dam Interchange, Shakar Parian, Islamabad.
The other details i.e., the date, time and agenda of the said EOGM, will remain the same as disclosed in the Notice of EOGM send to the shareholders and published in the newspapers on June 18, 2026.
