This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 21, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. at Karachi and thru video link to consider the Second Quarter Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2026.
The company has declared the "Closed period" from August 13, 2026 to August 21, 2026 as required under Regulation 5.6.1 of the Rule Book of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
