COMUNICATO STAMPA EDILIZIACROBATICA CONFERMA LA SUA AMMISSIBILITÀ AL PROGETTO PEA-PME Genoa, 21 June 2021 - EdiliziAcrobatica S.p.A., a leading European company specialising in the construction sector operating with double safety ropes, listed on the AIM market of Borsa Italiana (Ticker: EDAC) and on Euronext Growth (Ticker: ALEAC), confirms that it meets all the eligibility criteria for the PEA-PME project, as set out in the implementing decree of 4 March 2014. As stipulated in Article L. 221-32-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier), shares of European companies with fewer than 5,000 employees and whose annual turnover is less than €1.5 billion or whose total assets are less than €2 billion are in fact eligible for PEA-PME. Consequently, EdiliziAcrobatica shares can be integrated into PEA-PME securities deposit accounts, which, we remind you, benefit from the same tax advantages as the traditional Equity Savings Plan (PEA).
