ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A. ("Company") and its direct subsidiary ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E SERVIÇOS S.A. ("ECS"), hereby inform their shareholders and the market that CONCESSIONÁRIA ECOVIAS DOS IMIGRANTES S.A. ("Ecovias Imigrantes") has signed the Contractual Amendment 24/2026 ("TAM 24/2026") to the Concession Agreement 007/CR/1998 ("Concession Agreement"), with the purpose of formalizing the conversion of the toll plazas of Piratininga - Imigrantes Highway, km 32, and Riacho Grande - Anchieta Highway, km 31, into electronic toll gantries (free flow), effective August 1, 2026, with the current toll rate, presently charged only in the coastal-bound direction, to be evenly split across these new gantries in the northbound and southbound directions. The TAM also formalizes the inclusion of the investments required to implement the new Dynamic Convoy system, a project that will replace the current "Convoy Operation" in situations of low visibility and severe fog, in view of the future demolition of the traditional toll plazas. The other toll plazas under the concession will continue to operate in their original form.

TAM 24/2026 provides for contractual guarantee mechanisms, including the establishment of a reserve account owned by the Concession Authority and the adoption of measures intended to replenish its balance, as well as compensation in the event of user default and rebalancing for any revenue variations associated with changes in toll rate collection.

TAM 24/2026 also provides for the recognition of economic and financial imbalances resulting from the investments required for the changes described above, which, adjusted to July 2026 values, amount to a net present value of R$264.7 million.

The Company and ECS reaffirm their commitment to their obligations as publicly held companies and will disclose all and any material information in accordance with the applicable laws in force.
