NOTICE TO THE MARKET
ECORODOVIAS INFRAESTRUTURA E LOGÍSTICA S.A., its direct subsidiary, ECORODOVIAS CONCESSÕES E
SERVIÇOS S.A. and its indirect subsidiaries, in compliance with Article 28 of the Resolution 23/21 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil, as amended, hereby announce the engagement of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Auditores Independentes Ltda. (CNPJ/MF No. 49.928.567/0001-11) ("Deloitte") to provide auditing services for the financial statements, effective from the fiscal year starting January 1, 2026, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes ("PwC").
The purpose of the engagement is to ensure the alignment of the audit processes within the economic group to which EcoRodovias belongs, and it was approved by the Boards of Directors of the Company and its subsidiaries.
The Company also reports that PwC has expressly consented to the replacement.
