The notice is hereby given that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed with effective form Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till end of 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 (both days inclusive) for all the Designated Persons/insiders of the company and their relatives.
