TORONTO, August 13, 2018 – Easton Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTC: EAPH) (the "Company"), announces that Mr. Panagis "Panos" Alivizatos resigned due to personal reasons from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective as of Monday, August 13th 2018.
Mr. Alivizatos joined the Easton Board in late June, as part of the Company’s plan to restructure and pursue more lucrative projects, globally.
The Company’s CEO, Mr. Evan Karras, stated “It is with great regret that Panagis cannot continue to be part of our team, due to personal reasons. Easton would like to thank him for his brief service and would further like to wish him success in his future endeavours”. Mr. Karras further stated “This change does not affect the Company’s plan nor does it interfere with the business opportunities that the Company has been working on”.
