Resons for Delay in Disclosure:The Company respectfully submits that the delay in submission of detailed disclosure occured due to administrative and transitional challenges arising out of the resignation of the earlier Company Secretary and ongoing restructuring of Compliance functions within the company.However, the company had disclosed the appointment within the prescribed timeline under Regulation 30.
