CESSATION OF OFFICE OF KEY MANAGEMENT
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Duty Free International Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the existing service contract for Mr. Andreas Curt Winnen ("Mr. Winnen") as the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of DFZ Capital Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of the Company, will be expiring on 31 July 2020. Contractually his services will cease on 31 July 2020 and he will be on garden leave from 1 March 2020.
Steps are being taken in sourcing for a suitable replacement of this position.
The Board wishes him well in his future endeavours.
