EXTRAORDINARY NOTICE DH Group Public Limited Company (seat: 1027 Budapest, Kapás utca 6-12, Hungary; company registration number: Cg. 01-10-04838; hereinafter referred to as "Company"), with reference to the detailed provisions on public notice obligation of Decree No. 24/2008. (VIII.15.) PM of the Minister of Finance publishes the following information within the form of extraordinary notice:
The Company hereby informs its esteemed Investors that the dividend proposal for the year 2025, included in the Q4 2025 quarterly report published on 26 February 2026 (HUF 72.7 per share), is to be understood in addition to the interim dividend resolved by the Company's General Meeting on 28 November 2025 and paid. Accordingly, the amount of the interim dividend does not reduce the amount of the dividend proposed to be paid.
