with reference to our intimation Pertaining to the meeting of the Board of Directors submitted on 27th May, 26, we wish to inform you that during the process of compiling, merging and uploading the PDF documents, the declarations relating to both the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 were inadvertently omitted while merging the PDF Files.Further, due to an inadvertent clerical oversight, unsigned copy of the Consolidated Financial Results was uploaded in place of the duly signed version during the document uploading process. The Above omissions/errors were purely clerical and unintentional in nature and did not affect the financial results approved by the Board of Directors or any other information contained in the original disclosure. Accordingly, we are submitting the revised intimation along with the omitted declarations and the duly signed copy of the Consolidated Financial Results for your records.
