Avyom Foodtech Private Limited (Proposed subsidiary of DSM fresh Foods Limited) has entered into binding term sheet with Ambrozia Frozen Foods (Partnership Firm) for acquiring its operational food processing business through slump sale including approx 5 acres of land and identified assets & liabilities subject to finalisation of Business Transfer Agreement.
