Board of Directors in its Meeting held on 3rd April, 2026 has, inter alia, considered, noted and approved the following - 1. Proposal of availing of Loan facility from Standard Chartered Bank of Rs. 20,00,00,000 for the Company;2. To Provide Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 5,00,00,000 to Standard Chartered Bank for Avyom Foodtech Private Limited subject to the approval of shareholders in General Meeting.
