On July 16, 2014, an announcement was made via press release that Drug Free Solution entered into an agreement with Premier Venture Partners, LLC for a $3,000,000 equity line of credit financing facility. Premier Venture Partners had committed to purchase up to $3,000,000 of the Company's common stock over the course of 36 months. The financing aspect of the agreement was never completed so, therefore, the credit line was never utilized by Drug Free Solution, and the agreement was dissolved in 2014.
