Drilling Commences at the Disko-Nuusuaq Project

80 Mile PLC has commenced drilling at its Disko-Nuussuaq nickel-copper-cobalt-PGE project in West Greenland, initiating its 2026 exploration campaign with two drill rigs targeting high-priority zones at Qullissat. The expanded programme now plans for up to 9,000 metres of drilling across multiple targets on Disko Island and the Nuussuaq Peninsula, fully funded as part of a US$30 million earn-in agreement with USFM Corporation, with 80 Mile retaining a 49% free carried interest. This represents the first systematic drilling campaign at the project, which covers approximately 3,020 square kilometres and is considered highly prospective for magmatic nickel-copper sulphide exploration.
