(DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005645541) (" DHH " or " Company "), announces that on 29 June 2026, the merger of System Bee d.o.o. into Plus Hosting Grupa d.o.o. was completed; both are Croatian companies wholly owned by DHH. The transaction is part of the Group's efforts to streamline its structure in Croatia and is aimed at improving the efficiency of local operations by consolidating the highest-value-added activities in the managed hosting sector into a single company and simplifying the operational, commercial, and organizational management of the teams. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction pursuant to the OPC Procedure adopted by the Company, although it is exempt from the application of said Procedure pursuant to Article 17.2, letter e), of the Procedure itself.
