Dominion Hosting S p A : DHH completes the acquisition of the residual stake in Evolink

Milan, 15 July 2025. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005645541), following the announcements made on November 23 and 30, 2021, announces that it has today completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% stake in Evolink AD, a subsidiary already part of the DHH Group, for a transaction value of Euro 2.246.765,12, to be paid from the group's cash resources.

With the completion of this acquisition, DHH now owns 100% of Evolink AD. Following the successful integration of the company into the group, Svetoslav Hristov (President) and Bisser Tzonev (CEO) will continue to serve in their respective roles at Evolink and remain valued partners within the DHH Group.
