30 April 2024   Facilities by ADF plc ("Facilities by ADF", "ADF", the "Company" or the "Group")   Dividend Timetable The Board of Facilities by ADF, the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry ("HETV"), has recommended a final dividend of 0.9 pence per ADF ordinary share (the "Final Dividend") in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023, taking the total dividend for the full year to 1.40 pence per ordinary share (2022: 1.36 pence per ordinary share). Subject to Shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the Final Dividend will be paid on 19 July 2024, with a record date of 5 July 2024 and an ex-dividend date of 4 July 2024. The AGM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 26 June 2024 at the Company's offices at Kitsmead Lane, Longcross, Lyne, Chertsey, KT16 0EF. Further information will be provided when the formal Notice of AGM has been sent to shareholders in due course together with the annual report for the year ended 31 December 2023.
