Hilton Food Group plc ('the Company')
Amended Dividend Record Date
Further to the Interim Results announcement made earlier today in which it was
stated that the Company will pay a dividend of 2.2p per share to shareholders on
the register on 1 November 2007. This date was not correct and should have said
to shareholders on the register by close of business 2 November 2007.
