Dividend Record Date
The Board of B&M European Value Retail S.A. has recommended that a final dividend of 2.5p per share be paid on 7 August 2015 for the financial year ended 28 March 2015. Subject to approval of the dividend by shareholders at the AGM on 30 July 2015, the dividend is to be paid to shareholders on the register of the company on 26 June 2015.
