27 May 2022 Auto Trader Group plc Correction of Dividend Timetable Auto Trader Group plc's ("Auto Trader", the "Group") Full Year Results announcement for the year ended 31 March 2022, released at 07:00 on 26 May 2022 (RNS number 8393M), included an incorrect dividend record date for the Group's final dividend. The dividend record date will be 26 August 2022 and not 25 August 2022. All other details in the announcement remain the same and the correct dividend timetable is set out below: Subject to shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on 15 September 2022, the final dividend will be paid on 23 September 2022 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 26 August 2022.
