Lion Finance Group PLC has confirmed the currency conversion rate for its interim dividend, which was announced on November 20, 2025, as GEL 2.65 per ordinary share. The National Bank of Georgia's average exchange rate between December 15 and December 19, 2025, was 3.6074 Georgian Lari to British Pounds Sterling, and this rate will be applied for dividend payments on January 9, 2026.
