Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors has authorised Mr. Rajeshkumar Babulal Panjari, Managing Director, KMP of the Company, for the purpose of determining materiality of any event or information and making the required disclosure to the Stock Exchange.
