The Detail pertaining to this is appointment, as required Under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR), are provided in Annexure I.2. Re-appointment of M/s RCK & Co. Cost Accountants as the Internal Auditors of the Company for the Financial year 2025-26. The details pertaining to this appointment are provided in Annexure II.
