Following the announcement made on 13 December 2007 regarding the appointment of
Mr Edward Armitage to the Board of Accuma, it is further disclosed, pursuant to
Rule 17, Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that Mr Armitage
resigned from the Board of The UK Patch Company Limited in January 2003.
