Discloseable transaction subscription of certificates of deposit

The Board announces that on 10 March 2026 and 3 April 2026, Buyang Wheel (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) subscribed for two certificates of deposit issued by Huaxia Bank with a principal amount of RMB30 million each, respectively, using its own funds.
