There is no change in Mr Clayden's total shareholding in the Company, or the beneficial ownership of Mr Clayden's shares, as a result of the transfer. On 9 January 2008, Mr Clayden authorised the transfer of 240,305 of his ordinary shares in the Company into his Hargreaves Lansdown Vantage Fund and Share account.
