Notification of transactions by a director
The Company has been notified that Dermot Gleeson, Non-executive Chairman, on 22
November 2006 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 360
pence each. Following this transaction, Dermot Gleeson owns 950,159 ordinary
shares, representing 1.83 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
