Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealing
On 26 September 2025, Inchcape plc (the "Company") granted options for ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Save As You Earn 2025 scheme ("Scheme") pursuant to an offer made to all qualifying employees issued on 2 September 2025.
Each option has an exercise price per Ordinary Share of £5.36. Subject to the rules of the Scheme, the options will ordinarily vest on 1 November 2028 and be exercisable for a period of six months.
