Somero Enterprises Inc.   (" Somero " or the " Company ")   Director/PDMR Shareholding and Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Broker   As a result of a procedural error when agreeing the termination of his employment, which was announced on 29 August 2023, John Yuncza, previously President of the Company, remains a Director of the Company at this time. As a consequence the Company is required to announce that on 1 September 2023 and 5 September 2023 Mr Yuncza sold a total of 99,676 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 280 pence per share.  As a result of the above transaction , Mr. Yuncza's residual shareholding is 65,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
