Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Executive Chairman of the Company, has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase"). Following the Purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 20,705,380 Ordinary Shares in Insig AI, which represents 18.94% of Insig AI's total voting rights.
