16 April 2026 Staffline Group plc ("Staffline", the "Company" or the "Group")  Director/PDMR Shareholding   Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment group, has been notified that on 14 April 2026 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, sold  and purchased 91,559  Ordinary Shares  at  an average price of £0.44  per Ordinary Share.
