LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV) ("LendInvest" or the "Company"), the UK's leading platform for mortgages, has been notified that Christian Faes, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, transferred 37,255,912 ordinary shares held by his wholly owned company, Faes & Co Holdings Sarl, to his personal name for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the total beneficial ownership of Christian Faes remains unchanged.
Formal notification is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
