Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 10 February 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 7,619 shares at average price of 65.6 pence per share.
Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 68,865 shares in the Company representing approximately 0.9% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
