The Company was also notified that Tom Reynolds has transferred 1,033,333 Ordinary Shares that he held into his pension. Following these transactions, Tom Reynolds has a beneficial interest in 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
