NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Company announces that, on 22 October 2026, an award of nil cost options was made to Debarati Sen to acquire ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company (the ‘Shares’) under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the ‘KPSP’). The award will vest in three equal annual instalments, subject to satisfaction of the vesting conditions. The price per share used to calculate the number of Shares over which the awards have been granted is £3.4553 (being the average of the closing price of the Company’s Shares over the three trading days prior to the date of grant).
This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
