M&G plc

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

M&G plc (the 'Company') announces changes to the interests in the Company for certain PDMRs following the payment of an interim dividend of 6.8 pence per share on 16 October 2026.

Certain PDMRs accrued dividend equivalent shares in the Company on deferred incentive and long term incentive share plans held by them on the dividend record date. These dividend equivalent shares are subject to the same terms (including the vesting date, and where applicable, performance conditions and holding period) as the original award on which they accrued.

The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
