BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Company has been notified that on 12 October 2026, the PDMRs listed below purchased through the Company’s Share Incentive Plan (“SIP”) ordinary shares in the Company (“Partnership Shares”) at a price of 761.6p pence per share.
