Director/PDMR Shareholding
Power Probe ("Power Probe", or the "Group"), a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic tools for professional service technicians, announces that Colin Fielding, Independent Non-Executive Director, on 12 October 2026 purchased 1,100 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Colin Fielding’s beneficial holding is now 2,450 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.003% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
