IG Design Group plc (AIM: IGR) has been informed that on 8 October 2026, Ari Bensoussan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 465,799 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at 91.61 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Bensoussan’s beneficial holding in the Company is 465,799 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.50 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
