The Company announces that it has been notified that Chief Financial Officer, Simon Kesterton, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 2 October 2026. Prior to this transaction, Simon had a beneficial interest in SIG of 2,223,082 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Simon's beneficial interest is now 2,623,082 ordinary shares in SIG.
