21 August 2024   Hargreaves Services plc ("Hargreaves" or the "Company")   PDMR/PCA Dealing   Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that, on 20 August 2024, Stephen Barker (a PDMR) transferred 5,771 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to a nominee account for nil consideration with no change to the beneficial ownership of the shares.   In addition, on 20 August 2024, Mr Barker's wife, Lisa Barker, sold 3,324 Ordinary Shares at 602.0 pence each.
