11 October 2024 VARIOUS EATERIES PLC   ("Various Eateries" or "the Company" and with its subsidiaries "the Group") Director/PDMR Dealing Various Eateries PLC, the owner, developer and operator of restaurant, clubhouse and hotel sites in the United Kingdom, announces that Xercise2 Limited (a company owned and controlled by Hugh Osmond (Non-Executive Director of the Company)), on 9 October 2024 purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per share. Following this transaction Xercise2 Limited's beneficial holding is now 39,436,256 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 22.53% of the total issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
