Ajax (AQUIS: AJAX) the natural resources investment company, announces that its Executive Director, Richard Heywood, has undertaken a back-to-back sale and purchase of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), in order to hold these Ordinary Shares in his Individual Savings Account ('ISA'). Following these transactions, Mr Heywood's total interest is 2,726,431 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 2.27% of the issued Ordinary Shares.
