Blavod Wines and Spirits plc ('the Company') 14 June 2010 Directorate Change - REPLACEMENT This announcement replaces the announcement HUG1423556 issued at 0833 earlier today, and now includes details of the shareholding of Mr Mark Quinn in the Company. As referred to in the preliminary results published earlier today, the Company is proposing at the AGM scheduled for 6 July 2010 the election of Don Goulding and Mark Quinn as Non Executive Directors, and Sarah Bertolotti as part time Finance Director.
